Summer jobs are perfect for students, teachers, school nurses or anyone that enjoys connecting with people and making an impact on their lives. At the YMCA, we are looking for role models like you to join one of our 15 branches as a Swim Instructor.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1. 1. Spend your summer in the pool
2. 2. Have fun teaching the lifesaving skill of swimming in group and private sessions to all ages: 6 months to adults

*This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

2. 2. A passion for teaching others
3. 3. Good health and physical stamina
4. 4. A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
5. 5. Currently certified swim instructor welcome but we also offer swim instructor certification courses
6. 6. Availability from approximately May to August
