WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1. 1. Supervise and oversee preschool staff and all operations of the preschool departments
2. 2. Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting preschool programs
3. 3. Maintain licensing requirements and guidelines at all times

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

1. 1. Minimum age of 21
2. 2. A passion for working with youth
3. 3. YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred
4. 4. Current fingerprint clerance card and negative TB or the ability to obtain.
5. 5. Minimum of 3  years qualifying experience in child care field and 6 credit hours in the child care field or 60 documented trainig hours.
6. 6. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
