WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1. 1. Supervise and oversee sports staff, volunteers and all operations of the sports department
2. 2. Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting sports programs
3. 3. Create positive lasting members for each sport participant and volunteer each day

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

1. 1. Minimum age of 21
2. 2. A passion for working with youth
3. 3. YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred
4. 4. Minimum two years working in sports programming or related
5. 5. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
6. 6. Experience working along side and building strong relationships with volunteers
