WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1. 1. Supervise and oversee childcare staff and all operations of the childcare, day camp and pre-school departments
2. 2. Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting childcare programs
3. 3. Maintain licensing requirements and guidelines at all times

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

1. 1. Minimum age of 21
2. 2. A passion for working with youth
3. 3. YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred
4. 4. Minimum two years working with youth in child development or related
5. 5. Ability to pass a drug screening and satisfactory motor vehicle record
6. 6. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
