Description The Project Support Coordinator is part of the Circulation Department and assists in coordinating workflows and contingencies, primarily with Newspapers in Education (NIE), Alternate Products, and Routing, building accountability and creating efficiencies in the various processes associated with customer service workflows between the outsourced and in-house customer service groups.

Create and monitor Sales Force/Zoura reporting to ensure work is processed timely; whether it is contingencies, tracking account errors, follow-up work needed on transactions, or reconciling data. Work involves problem solving and resolution.

Create, coordinate and organize workflows to ensure that highest priority work is completed first and is always looking to improve methods for best efficiencies and practices.
Requirements •Prefer some college level courses completed

•Strong background in multiple customer service systems, specifically Sales Force, Zuora, TEAK, NES, Electronic Payments, etc.

•Ability to adjust to a changing environment, balance and prioritize a variety of assignments; good communication/interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented; ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure

•Flexible; ability to keep confidential information; strong organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimum supervision

•Analytical skills necessary to research and compile reports

•Strong PC skills, including development and use of word-processing and spreadsheet software (Word and Excel)
