Primary Functions and Duties

• Perform manual and automated software testing on multiple platforms for products/services developed by the software engineering team or purchased through third party vendors.

• Create and maintain automated test scripts for new and existing applications and features.

• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of automated testing.

• Maintain and administer operational and process quality standards.

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures.

• Communicate product/service issues to engineering team and assist to resolve issues.

• Provide demonstration and training on testing procedures to other team members.



• 5+ years of relevant QA technical experience

• Experience creating and maintaining automated test suites

• Ability to analyze and decode complicated software issues

• Experience testing MySQL databases, and API’s

• Experience testing Mobile Applications for Android and iOS

• Expertise in web technologies and testing tools (e.g. browser developer consoles, curl, New Relic, etc.)

• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

• Experience as a project lead; managing testing throughout its development cycle.

• Experience writing test automation in Robot (or similar acceptance test-driven development) framework


Desired Skills

• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile (Scrum, Lean, or Kanban) environment

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional certification desired

• Ability to think “out of the box” to solve unique challenges in innovative ways

• Continuous learner
