1. Operate two-way radio equipment according to Centers’ policies and procedures.
2. Maintain accurate records of where all trucks and vehicles are located during the day and the calls that they have completed, this would include P.A. breaks and location.
3. Routes pick up orders coming into the Center, distributing them to the proper Production Assistant each day.
4. Keep track of and file all pick-up tickets, advising the supervisor of any problems, which may arise (i.e. back calls, etc.).
5. Route same day donations.
6. Maintain open communication with immediate supervisor at all times, informing same of any problems with vehicles, accidents etc.
7. Assign vehicles and coordinate routes.
8. Reconcile tickets to command standards at the end of each business day.
9. Follow safety measures established and maintained by ARC policy and government regulations.
10. Your supervisor or the Administrator or his designate may assign other written or verbal duties.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Familiar with two-way radio, codes and operation.
• Experience in providing customer/donor service.
• Experience in routing and transportation procedures.
• Computer literate.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Willing to work Saturdays
• Clear Background Check for criminal and Sex Offender

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to operate a telephone or wireless radio.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
• Lift up to 30 lbs
