Description Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities, supports sales division management, and otherwise completes clerical and administrative tasks by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provides administrative support to assigned silo manager as directed
o Supplier Reporting – new distribution, mid-month sales, etc.
o Sales Tracking and reporting
o Incentive tracking and reporting
o Goal Tracking and reporting
o New product intro
 Prepare sell sheets for staff
 Track distribution goals and achievement
o Research discrepancies and corrects errors
• Maintains assigned chain pricing for all areas
o Updates customer price file monthly
 New Products
 Updated Pricing
o Obtains appropriate approval for pricing to chain
o Prepares and ensures accurate upload of quoted pricing into core system
o Communicates pricing to customer
 Customer Price Book
 Website maintenance
• Orders and maintains office supplies.
• Operates office machines such as computer, typewriter, calculator, and duplicating machines.
• Compiles data, inputs and maintains departmental spreadsheets. Copies data and compiles records for internal reports.
• Serves as a backup to other administrative areas as necessary.

High School diploma or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Adept with required office computer systems – Excel, Word, Outlook and Access. Ability to coordinate knowledge of proprietary systems with these programs to increase efficiency and productivity.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where some standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Valid Alaska driver's license with no SR-22 insurance required.
