Now it’s your turn to enhance your career. Grow and learn with us as a Trainer I. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating training for the Customer Care Department. You will develop and maintain training curriculum, following our core values to ensure effective training programs. You will also use your knowledge and experience to align training to increase productivity, build confidence, and foster accountability to our customer.

As a Trainer I, you will:

  • Create curriculum in various formats as needed, ensuring they are maintained and updated
  • Work with a team to develop and maintain training curriculum
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training
  • Research new technology in support of training
  • Develop e- learning and instruct course in support of maximum retention of team members/WAH team members
  • Support enterprise training, when applicable

·         High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred

·         Two years’ experience in training

·         Leadership experience

·         Travel is required up to 50% of the time

·         Can sit for 1-2 hour periods of time, able to walk call center floor to assist team members.

·         Planning and project management skills

·         Knowledge of all TMTC products

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Demonstrated coaching and development ability

·         Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Email, etc.)
