Now it’s your turn to enhance your career. Grow and learn with us as a Product Build Contract Coordinator. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate expedition of hotel and feature company contracts and revisions. You will work closely with the Buying team as well as external suppliers to follow up on negotiated contracts and specials, complete product information templates for hand-off to the Product Build Implementation team and set the content and pace for the overall flow of contractual information throughout TMTC.

Responsibilities:

  • Production of templates for handoff to PB Contract Entry team:
  • Following up with suppliers
  • Analyzing contractual data year-over-year to ensure consistent and competitive product offering
  • Interpreting and molding supplier contracts to fit current TMTC systems
  • Coordinating and monitoring contract flow
  • Ensuring complete information is provided to DI and DR teams to accurately build in system
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Acting as a liaison to suppliers in the destination
  • Creating rate grids to be used for rate analysis for buyers’ tradeshow’s and contracting
  • Monitoring and communicating supplier changes in the Supplier Interface tool
  • Creating build hand-off memos for marketing teams  
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Travel industry knowledge or experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Excel
