Reporting Relationships

  • Growth Support Specialist reports to the Assistant Vice President, Growth.


Essential Job Functions

  • Sales Responsibilities
    • Acts as the Salesforce / CRM administrator; performs data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and CRM data.
    • Identifies reporting needs and collaborates with data analysts to develop and produce reports.
    • Reviews sales production results to identify areas of opportunity.
    • Liaise with other departments (e.g. Marketing, IT) to develop tools that support growth goal achievement.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    • Compiles daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to growth and account management.
    • Maintains an organized and accessible file system for growth and account management teams.
    • Handles all administrative duties for the growth and account management teams, including scheduling meetings, conferences and travel as needed.
    • Follows up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
    • Provides administrative assistance to Marketing & Growth executives and management team members as required.
    • Works on assigned projects as needed.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience planning, coordinating, reporting and managing administrative and logistical elements to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Experience in a growth / sales organization, preferred.

  • Has strong command of system and collaborative tools—especially MS Excel and Access, CRM, and data / metric reporting methods and tools.

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Growth Support Specialist does not have supervisory responsibility.
