Reporting Relationships

  • Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.

 

General Summary

  • CPS is looking for an Innovator of Awesomeness – someone who is savvy at creating exciting and engaging content that commands attention and sparks interest.  We need someone who is not only a doer but is a thinker and brings innovative ideas to the table.  Using new state-of-the-art tools, the Digital Marketing Specialist will create digital content that attracts new customers and retains the amazing employers and members we already have.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Develops videos, from idea generation to script writing to filming and some editing.
  • Creates and maintains webpages that guide our members through a journey to the correct destination.
  • Creates content for digital publishing, including blog posts, images, email blasts and more.
  • Produces engaging, targeted paid Facebook ads that follow a campaign strategy.
  • Monitors and responds professionally to comments / concerns / questions about CPS that surface across various channels of social media.
Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing (Digital Marketing, preferred).
  • Experiencing maintaining website, including some more complicated functions, preferred.
  • Experience developing and maintaining digital and/or print materials.
  • Experience with current and emerging social media applications and platforms.
  • Experience in social media administration, posting of content and paid social advertising, preferred.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro, preferred.
  • Understanding of what marketing automation is and ability to learn how to use it effectively.

  • Travel may be required (less than 5% for things such as training opportunities targeted toward career growth).

 

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Digital Marketing Specialist does not have supervisory responsibilities.
