Reporting Relationships

  • Market Research Intern reports to Director, Market Research.


General Summary

The Market Research Intern works with the Market Research department on developing actionable insights that help inform strategy for growth and retention for CPS within core business and new revenue lines and market opportunities.


Essential Job Functions

  • Works with the Director, Market Research on changes to the semi-annual relationship survey
  • Analyzes semi-annual relationship survey, developing high-level report for sharing with the company
  • Works with the Director, Market Research on other survey needs identified throughout the year
  • Works with Director, Market Research on set-up of online community(s)
  • Manages the day-to-day analysis of online community(s)
  • Manages marketing dashboards within Salesforce

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS
  • Current graduate student, working on Master of Market Research or equivalent degree.
  • Experience with report generation and data analysis.
