Airport Butler is a premier Concierge company providing signature services to customers in Airports all over the United States and Canada. The offering is independent from airlines and customized for any customers, regardless of traveling class, who wishes personalized service and extra care when arriving, departing or connecting through an airport. We offer our services to executives, inexperienced travelers, families, Senior Citizens, celebrities and small group travel. Our clients buy these services via our website, reservation center and travel agencies.

Job Summary:

Reservation positions are a great way to join the customer service and sales focused teams at Airport Butler. Reservation agents "Listen, Care and Connect" with customers by answering phone calls, text messages and emails in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner while valuing the customer's time and needs. Our mission at Airport Butler is to build a call center operated by staff who are committed to providing a superior customer experience and trusted in the eyes of our customers. We are seeking skilled customer-service professionals who are passionate about our customers and their travel needs. Ideal candidates demonstrate the desire to make our client’s experience not only superior but memorable.

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay: $14.00 per hour, full-time position


Essential Duties:

• Knowledgeable about Airport Butler product, services and pricing.
• Effective listening, quickly identifying and owning customer issues and proactive problem-solving techniques
• Demonstrate clear, pleasant, and courteous verbal and written communication using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
• Answer calls, text messages, emails, etc. in an efficient, timely, courteous and accurate manner while valuing
the customer's time.
• Answering questions regarding our service, locations, destinations, price and related matters to ensure a positive, memorable and personalized meet & greet experience.
• Make quality decisions, multi-task, and interact with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Sell and upsell services to potential customers.
• Booking reservations for internal and external customers, our partners and affiliates.
• Consistently update booking with changes and additions provided by client.
• Assign service to concierge and coordinate all service details with concierge, driver, client, etc.
• Key contact for concierges at specific airports to ensure smooth service delivery and assist with any service issues and/or questions.
• Liaison with local airport concierge, manager and business partners.
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with customers and agencies.
• Exhibit upmost confidentiality with clients and client information.
• Accepting credit card information and inputting into ChasePayment system, sending out receipts and end of month invoices.
• Compiling end of month reports, tracking and trending, continuous improvement processes, survey results, etc.
Requirements ● Exigences Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Possess at least a High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• At least one year of experience providing customer service in a call center environment
• Airport and/or Airline hospitality service experience would be a strong asset
• Direct experience in higher end or VIP services in the hospitality industry
• Computer skills and comfort with navigating web-based and airline specific software applications, email, instant messaging, and internet searches
• High level of cultural awareness
• Multi-lingual
• Passionate approach to customer service, positive attitude, strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills
• Friendly, energetic, and professional conversation skills
• Professional excellent dependability and flexibility
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and react under pressure with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work shift work including irregular shifts, holidays and weekends
• Must be flexible in work schedule to match the demand in volume
• Possess strong listening, verbal and written communication skills with professionalism, diplomacy and confidentiality
• Display consistent professional leadership while simultaneously handling competing and changing priorities and projects
